- 1 / 5By Beveridge Bird3 hour delivery time. Food arrived cold. Ordered online at 16.58hrs it arrived cold at 19.00. (We live 10 mins drive away - I don't have a car.) The attitude and excuses from the management weren't quite believable nor were the solutions offered acceptable - i.e. refunds could take up to 5 working days? Eventually we returned the cold food in exchange for lukewarm by 20.00. At this stage my children were beyond hungry and the excitement of ordering our Pizza gone. They were really disappointed. We all were. Customer service isn't good enough. Your delivery drivers were nice and friendly and apologetic despite experiencing difficulties from heavy demands on Friday night. By the way you missed chicken wings off the replacement meal. So we were left feeling let down and ripped off. We will not use you guys again. Utter shambles.June 04, 2017
