  After viewing the Papa Raj website and placing an order i was disappointed to find that they had charged me more than was advertised on their site. The level of customer service provided when i phoned to check the order details was atrocious!! They suggested that the prices had changed and the website was out of date with a tough luck attitude. Eventually it turned out the lady had taken my order down wrong - which she blamed me for saying hat the customer is not always right!! Sadly after being a long time customer i will not be using them again.

  Having recently returned to UK from living in Europe, where a good Indian meal is a rarity, we were disappointed by the first couple of restaurant meals that we tried in the Plymouth area. Then a friend recommended Papa Raj and we tried a home delivery..... Wow!!, real Indian food, in huge quantities delivered efficiently and always hot. We have been ordering regularly for 3 months now and have not had a single bad or disappointing experience.
  
  Those who use Papa Raj already know the standard presented, those who haven't used it yet are missing something special. All we can say is give it a try, if you are disappointed, no-one will be able to please you anywhere. Cracking food that will put most, if not all competition in the shade. Well done Papa Raj, you are the best!
